Account Deletion | Thenee

At Thenee, we give users control over their personal data. You can delete your account and associated personal information directly in the app.

If you still have access to the app, account deletion starts and completes from inside the app. No email is required.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Thenee app
  2. Go to Profile → My Account
  3. Tap Delete My Account
  4. Confirm your request

If your account is eligible for deletion, your account will be deleted and your login access will be disabled.

When account deletion may be temporarily blocked

To protect users and complete financial or platform obligations, account deletion may be blocked if your account has any of the following:

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot log in to the app, you can submit an account deletion request below. This fallback is only for users who cannot access the in-app deletion option. Our support team may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

This form is only for users who cannot access the app. If you can log in, delete your account from Profile > My Account in the Thenee app.
